I heard Georgia sucks also but Athens is the place Id consider there if anything.
What about FL do I dislike. The weather altho it has been nice this winter, nicer than last. For 9 months of the yr its real humid and the sun is crazy.
A lot of suburban sprawl with no good transit.
Not the most important issue by any stretch but FL ghettos make Portlands look better.
All across the board besides the beaches and some restaurants are at a level that can tie with Portland, Portland beats FL head and shoulders in every other category.
