did they ever find out or disclose if the road rage driver was perhaps from Alabama???

This survey ranked LA as having the 11th most courteous drivers. Something is wrong with this study.

other than the higher expected speeds in LA, I really didnt find LA to be all that bad after I lived in Texas for a while. Just don't flip anyone off, I believe you can get shot.

True, Texas is renegade and rowdy! And they drive fast and furious there. Got stopped once here in Oregon for driving a little fast (I guess). Told the officer in Texas we just drive fast and can't help it. He laughed, and let me go with a "warning".
