Well, it's very difficult with the typical American diet.
In order to get 3000+ Potassium you have to consume about 7 bowls of kale or spinach salads a day. Which is very hard to do.
I get about 3000 a day by eating 2 large bowls of kale. Avocado, salmon, beef, cheese, butter, and dairy.
If you are low on potassium, you'll feel very tired and twitching of the eye is a good sign.
