I will be coming to Prescott to look for housing in a few weeks and do not want to buy in areas where there are HOA's. What areas do I avoid? I wouldn't mind getting an acre or 2 outside town. And finally, and this is most important, what services are available for 30 year old adults with disabilities? Is there a goodwill in town or some other agency that services the disabled and maybe has day programs? Does anyone have any names or numbers of agencies? any help anyone can give me would be most welcome.
