Yes, moved in about 3 weeks ago. Love it so far but, don't see any end in sight for the unpacking.

Glad to hear the good news, but I am disappointed that it does not work with 3g phones.

keninaz, what kind of repeater/amplifier were you using? Would it work with 3g phones. I have been using a Verizon/Samsung unit that can connect my cell phones to Verizon through my cable internet service; however the phones frequently connect to a Verizon tower rather than to my in-house unit and I get frequent dropped calls.

Do you plan on selling your repeater/amplifier now that you have great signal strength?

The new tower is on and off again, I guess they are working on it and testing. Right now it's off.
I have a Wilson repeater/Amp system. This is a very good system and amplifies two frequencies. It has a directional antenna (yagi) that you mount on a pole and point it at the repeater you wish to use.
The system has nothing to do with 2G, 3G or 4G. It will amplify what is there. I live in Viewpoint North and I am accessing a tower somewhere in downtown Prescott Valley but it did find others that work too.
This system has worked great for me for almost two years since I got it.
If you want to come and take a look at the system I will be selling it. Just send me a private message. But be aware that someday when they upgrade the software from 2g and 3g to 4Gand your phone will still not work which is the situation that I was in. I caved in and went ahead and got the 4G phones so I can use the local tower but 3G service is supposed to be around until 2019 I am told.
What I have is a Wilson DB Pro system with the Yagi antenna. I think this is a good link to it. http://www.amazon.com/Wilson-Electro...+db+pro+801262

By the way, I don't like these new smart phones. I am beginning to think they are smarter than I am!
