Thing of it is, I am not so sure either S-Jax or Burner have a combined 600 carries remaining in their bodies. They both are starting to gain a lot of miles on them. There's a good chance with the Rams that Bradford is going to be asked to do a lot more with the offense this year. Turner began to ebb under that 4.0 YPC average, which is usually when the older, bigger RBs approach their 'pull date'. Plus Turner is 29.
Well there is definitely a possibility that they both start a decline this year. With Turner, if he does hopefully he can still be a good goal line back. And Jackson I believe has proved to be a really good receiving threat too so if the Rams decide to throw it more under Josh Daniels he might still have a lot of value.

Both of your guys are still unquestionably the designated goal line backs. I also think Turner will get relieved by Snelling more often than will Jackson by Cadillac or Norwood. Jackson will still be on the field 80% of the plays. My issue with Jackson is more on the order of the Rams beginning to change their offensive philosophy.
I picked him up in the seventh or eighth round as a speculative investment. Anyone wanna trade?
Is he really out for the season? The entire injury status seems to be cloaked in mystery. If he's out for any length of time, the only beneficiary from an FFL standpoint would be Dallas Clark, and that would be in a PPR league.
From an NFL standpoint, Kerry Collins at the helm MIGHT be able to produce 7 wins, tops. He would be a 4-5 win QB on a lesser team, but this team is a system-oriented one, rather than one that's predicated exclusively on the QB play. I don't think they'll feed the bottom of the league though.

I honestly don't think anyone knows how long he will be out. Just speculation at this point.
I doubt Clark will benefit from this. He had monster years with Manning.
No one knows. But I clicked drudgereport.com this morning and the main article showed manning and the bold underneath it said Out for the season?
