Well, now that the regular season is over and the playoffs begin next week, tomorrow is the day where a lot of coaching decision are made. A Black Monday preview:

Andy Reid is out, and Norv Turner and AJ Smith are being let go a year too late (better late, than never, I guess, for Charger fans)

I think Jason Garret is staying in Dallas, and I think Ron Rivera really helped his own case in Carolina.

Romeo Crennel is probably out in KC as well...

Sad to see shurmur go. Think he deserved another yr. Watched several browns games this yr. that team has a very good core, just have to decide who the QB will be.

Mike Tannenbaum fired; other changes reported to come for the Jets in the offseason

Goodbye Norv and AJ. You will not be missed. Is Rivers broken? Prior to 2011 he was close to elite. Now he looks scared. I don't blame him with that OL. I don't want Andy Reid. Knowing the Chargers organization they will go the cheap route.

I did - still do.

He has had a rough year with the football and the personal issues. Hopefully he will take a year off and recharge.
