No worries, Mariota will be a bust and I hope you'll be man enough to admit it when the time comes.

Okay softy, if you think so. I stated my opinion and backed it up with facts I believed to be relevant to the conversation. I try not to throw out, "He will be a bust!" or "He will be fantastic!" comments without backing it up with any sort of data. I realize that is a foreign concept for some, but it works in my field.

Not really. He was 30th in in the league in QB rating and dead last in YPA. All he did was throw short safe passes cause his deep balls were often off target or intercepted. That's why they didn't win many games.

What's funny is his QB rating is lower than JaMarcus Russell's last full season.

You've been here for 8 years.... so you must have hundreds of predictions that were spot on. So post 20 of them. Let's see how good you really think you are.

Go away newb. Come back when you post your opinion based on statistics and not because you think so. Do some work. Done.

Good luck to your teams.

Looking at the CBS draft board - the lowest grade at this point - the Tennessee Titans with Mariota at a C- grade.

Not surprised.

But I do think they drafted him as trade bait.

I guess I'd ask you the same thing, but I do not care about your predictions on the car insurance, TV, and cellphone forums. So, I am going to trust your all- defying JaMarcus Russell prediction put everyone in their place. And to think you did that in a thread about Geico vs. Esurance. Masterful.

Why don't we see how things pan out. Here are some predictions- my Seattle Seahawks will be back in the Super Bowl to win their 3rd, er, 2nd Super Bowl and my Oregon Ducks will again be Pac-12 Champions(but no Natty appearance). Yours?
