Steelers @ Patriots. Pats run them over. The Steel curtain defense has definitely seen better days! Packers @ Bears. Packers win late.
Seahawks @ Rams. Watch out for the Rams this year Panthers @ Jaguars. Panthers should get out to a good start.
Saints @ Cardinals. Intriguing game. Can Cardinals continue from last season's strong finish?? Who will Brees throw too now that Graham's gone?? Did the Saints actually figure out what a "defense" is??
Lions @ Chargers I'll take the Chargers at home. Dolphins @ Redskins. If the Dolphins can't win this game... Colts @ Bills. I'll take Andrew Luck any day of the week.....and twice on Sundays over EJ Manuel or whoever Ryan's gonna throw out there.
Browns @ Jets. The "who cares" game of the week. Over/under 8 minutes of total game action this game gets on RedZone on Sunday. I'll take the under!
Chiefs@ Texans. Too bad JJ Watt can't play QB . I still think we'll find a way to win. This could be a matchup of 2 potential playoff teams.
Ravens @ Broncos. It's the regular season, so the Broncos should be fine at home.
Bengals@ Raiders. Raiders may actually win more than 4 games this year. And I'm not even sure beating the Bengals is that much of a surprise. Beating Marvin Lewis & Andy Dalton is like beating a 2 year old at checkers. Titans @ Buccaneers. My bold statement of the next 5 years: Jamies Winston will be an absolute bust, and will be out of the NFL by 2020.
Giants @ Cowboys. I haven't watched many preseason games, and I know you can hardly take preseason results and dictate that to regular season success, but reading the NY Post the last couple weeks, sounds like the Giants defense in the preseason was absolutely atrocious. And see Ravens @ Broncos. It's the regular season, so Romo will be fine. Eagles @ Falcons
Vikings @49ers. Why are the week 1 Monday night games absolute $#!t every year?? I wouldn't watch these 2 games if someone paid me $100 for each game! I'd probably take $100 for the Eagles/Falcons but for Vikings/Niners?? Yikes! Even people who like watching grass grow for fun think that game is incredibly boring!
Season: 0-0
Week 0-0
Week 1 is always the hardest week to pick, I'll be happy with an 8-8 record and get out of week 1 with a .500 record.
9-4 through the early games I believe losing the Texans, Raiders (ugh!), Chargers, and Colts that almost everyone lost, got the Cowboys, Eagles & Niners left this week. Not a bad start, especially for the first week!
10-3 through the first day BUT I am surprised by the Buffaloes Win. I think it was a FLUKE though, give Rex Ryan a few more games and he will somehow muck it up.

I think their defense is for real. I didn't realize they have Shady McCoy at RB, he's legit. And Taylor at QB, not great, but they could do worse. Harvin at WR is a nice touch.
11-3. I took a chance on the Giants and really thought it was going to pay off. Oh well. I've got the Eagles and Vikings tonight. Even if I drop both of them 11-5 is a solid finish on week 1. I'll take it.
So far only 2 losses. I miffed on the Browns, and Seahawks! Let's see what tonight brings! I called that Colts-Bills game! I said the Bills had a tough D and would catch the Colts napping!
Mariotta is running things... Titans 21-0 midway in 1stQ...
Winston... 1 TD pass for the Tians on an INT return.
Remarkable, yet on sports radio, they are still dogging him. I guess we need about 3 more games to believe, although I have watched him for 3 years now and I believe.
