Please name a player the Cowboys "poached" from a winning team with that philosophy in mind. I can't even think of one. For the last 5 years Dallas has ascribed to a build through the draft philosophy. The only FA's they've signed that I can recall were mid to low level players used to plug holes and add depth. Please help me recall who they've targeted from one of the winning programs and put on their team.

Remember that Dallas has been cap hell for the last 5 years.

Caveat: They must be on the team in the last 4-5 years.
