That Aaron Rodgers guy will be around for a little while yet. And they pulled this one out with defense not being their strong suit. So, I guess we will be seeing more playoff games between these two QBs in the future as well.

Maybe the feeling will change in a few weeks but right now I just feel awful and really don't want to watch anymore playoff games. I don't think I can stomach a Brady/Rogers SB and may do what I did in 1995 and not watch the SB at all.

I'm hoping for a KC and Pack Super Bowl, have to get by Atlanta first. The rookies did well, what a season and many more to come, I'm sure.

One-and-done #1 seeds over the past ten postseasons:

2012 Denver (13-3, beaten by 10-6 Baltimore)
2011 Green Bay (15-1, beaten by 9-7 New York)
2010 New England (14-2, beaten by 11-5 New York)
2010 Atlanta (13-3, beaten by 10-6 Green Bay)
2008 Tennessee (13-3, beaten by 11-5 Baltimore)
2008 New York (12-4, beaten by 9-6-1 Philadelphia)
2007 Dallas (13-3, beaten by 10-6 New York)
2006 San Diego (14-2, beaten by 12-4 New England)

It's not all that unusual.

2007 was the main reason I wanted to see Dak win so he could erase the romo era. So as of now Romo still has something he doesn't, a playoff win.

Crazy talk. Dallas found a long-term franchise QB. That alone is a success. The 13-3 season is a bonus. Future is very bright.

The Cowboys didn't lose this game, the Packers just killed it in clutch time IMO. But Dallas is sitting pretty for a few years with Dak and EE.
You just can't leave Rodgers any time on the clock. Almost any other QB probably would not moved their team down field with 35 seconds left, and picking up the first down on a 3rd and 20. That's way too much time for a guy like Rodgers.

I thought they were good enough to win atleast 1 game in the playoffs but not win it all.

Too early to call Dak a true franchise QB. He's only been in the league for one season. Let's see how he does in season 2 and 3. He has a great foundation (he has the best offensive line in the NFL) and has played well this year. As of right now it's fair to guess he may be a franchise QB, but we'll have to see how he plays.
