That Aaron Rodgers guy will be around for a little while yet. And they pulled this one out with defense not being their strong suit. So, I guess we will be seeing more playoff games between these two QBs in the future as well.
hey the cowboys went up against a very hot green bay team, and against the current master at winning late, close games. prescott and company did very well this season, and they will only get better.
Maybe the feeling will change in a few weeks but right now I just feel awful and really don't want to watch anymore playoff games. I don't think I can stomach a Brady/Rogers SB and may do what I did in 1995 and not watch the SB at all.
I just feel you have to win atleast 1 game when you are the number 1 seed in the conference. If they had won tonight I would not have cared what happened the rest of the playoffs.

It's not all that unusual.
2007 was the main reason I wanted to see Dak win so he could erase the romo era. So as of now Romo still has something he doesn't, a playoff win.
To me the season is a failure because Dak was unable to do something Romo could never do which was make the NFC championship game. If he had done that then the season would have been a success regardless of what happened in the NFC championship or SB . Just feel bad for Zeke and Dak since they played their butt off and got no help from the defense.
Crazy talk. Dallas found a long-term franchise QB. That alone is a success. The 13-3 season is a bonus. Future is very bright.
He titles the Cowboys the accident waiting to happen.
The Cowboys didn't lose this game, the Packers just killed it in clutch time IMO. But Dallas is sitting pretty for a few years with Dak and EE.
You just can't leave Rodgers any time on the clock. Almost any other QB probably would not moved their team down field with 35 seconds left, and picking up the first down on a 3rd and 20. That's way too much time for a guy like Rodgers.

Too early to call Dak a true franchise QB. He's only been in the league for one season. Let's see how he does in season 2 and 3. He has a great foundation (he has the best offensive line in the NFL) and has played well this year. As of right now it's fair to guess he may be a franchise QB, but we'll have to see how he plays.
