Well, with many teams adding players to their Covid lists, now it's Packers turn. A big miss for the game, Kenny Clark.
LaFleur said that rookie TJ Slaton will have to play a significant role Sunday with nose tackle Kenny Clark added to the Covid list. Said others will have to pick up the slack as well.
Packers 24 - Browns 22, why does it almost feel like a loss?
Why the Browns quit running the ball I will never know. They were getting 8-9 yards a rush, to their right side, toward Lowry. Not a lot of faith in Lancaster and Lowry, they need Keke in there and can you imagine if Kevin King was playing instead of Rasul Douglas? But a win is a win, good teams know how to do it. I still say as long as Rodgers is healthy and KK stays ON THE BENCH, 85% chance they win it all. I just can't see them losing a 3rd straight NFC championship, not with Rodgers and not at Lambeau. Last year, if you remember, there were no fans in the stadium, this year will be different.
In case anyone is keeping track, latest Covid List with Burks and Lewis added today:
MVS
Kevin King
Shemar Jean-Charles
La'Darius Hamilton
Chauncey Rivers
Amari Rodgers
Ben Braden
Ty Summers
Tipa Galeai
R.J. McIntosh
Marcedes Lewis
Oren Burks
Lewis is a difference maker in the run game as a blocker, no one blocks like he does. Hoping MVS comes off the list by Sunday, he's been on it awhile. Don't care about King (sorry). Some of these guys are PS, and one on IR I think.
Latest concern is their punter but he tested + yesterday so that would give him the 5 days before Sunday (hopefully). I don't know who would punt. They have Molson on the PS, but a kicker, not a punter. Presumably on the PS in case Crosby would test positive. They've protected him every week so other teams can't take him.
