I know there's already been plenty about this jerk but I didn't think my opinion of him could be lower. I was wrong.

Witness: Vick thought it "funny" when dogs died.

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Michael Vick put family pets in rings with pit bulls and thought it was funny watching the trained killers injure or kill the helpless dogs, a witness told federal investigators during the dogfighting investigation that brought Vick down.

I think the real travesty will be if the NFL reinstates him after his release.

I didn't think he was as bad as his brother, but perhaps I was wrong.

Both Mike Vick and his brother are jerks. I"ve always thought that even before the dog fighting story came out.

And I have no doubt that he'll be reinstated in the NFL, thanks to this JACK commisioner with no backbone. I mean, come on, he reinstated Pacman Jones!! This commisioner is THE WORST!!

My wife and daughter and myself went down to the local animal shelter today and too see all the dogs there is sad. There were more than a few pitts who had been used to fight and to see that made me mad. Anyone who laughs at that kind of things is a disgusting human. I hope Goodell stays with the whole make the NFL a classy league and ban him for life. However his actions with pacman worry me

Don't judge 1500+ NFL players by the actions of less than 5%

Exactly. If you take the percentage of NFL players that get into trouble versus the average public you will find that the NFL number is much, much less.

I have never liked Vick. I think he is the most overrated pro athlete ever.

Anyone who could bankroll that type of operation deserves a much longer prison sentence and not to be reinstated to a job that allows him to make millions. But, I am sure either the Cowboys or Raiders will sign him for some position. They dont really have any integrity.

Before his arrest I actually quite liked him. I still thought he was overrated but I had heard him in interviews and he seemed like a really nice, genuine kind of guy. Just goes to show that looks can be deceiving.
