The Oster blender is a wonderful blender by a trusted company name. This wonderful blender has a price tag under $60. The blender is stylish with a unique beehive shaped tapered class pitcher. The blender's glass pitcher is lightweight but durable and sturdy. The blender stands at 16 inches tall and looks great on a countertop.

The beehive shape makes this blender extremely different from others. Many blenders have wide bases that prevent food from properly reaching the blender blades. This blender slopes slightly at the base of the pitcher, so food has to pass through the blades. The blender does a great job, although there have been instances where some food does not mix properly. This blender does a better job than most blenders in its class.

The blender has 500 watts of crushing and blending power that is very dependable. The Oster bender does a great job of chopping, mixing, grating, and crushing. The blender only has 3 settings, which are off, on, and pulse. There are no fancy buttons like those found on other blenders. The only problem with this blender is that users have to use the pulse button when more power is needed. Certain foods and drinks take a longer time in the blender because of the lack of multiple functions. This is not a problem unless the user is pressed for time. For those who enjoy savoring every cooking experience, this is the perfect blender.

The blender has a chrome base that looks great. The base of the blender has rubber feet for added stability. The entire blender is lightweight which is good and bad. The lightweight of the blender makes it easy to transport from place to place. The only issue with being lightweight is that the blender tends to move across the countertop at times. The user has to stand and hold the blender when mixing ice and other added contents. This is still a great blender. Many people stand and hold the lid when using a blender anyway.

The blender is easy to use and easy to clean. The pitcher is dishwasher safe, but the rest of the blender needs to be hand washed. The blender comes with easy to read instructions and delicious recipes for the user. The Oster blender comes with a 1-year warranty. It is a great blender for the price. Proper care makes the blender last longer.
