This is a 5-speed, shaft driven motorcycle with a powerful 1300cc, V-Twin, liquid cooled engine. It has a manual choke and key start ignition; both of which, are located on the left side of the bike. It has a low center of gravity and is well balanced and easy to maneuver; even with a passenger on board.
The LED turn signals, tail and brake lights are bright, and provide good visibility even in the daylight.
All the signal and light switches are well placed at the handles and can be easily reached.
The speedometer is well placed at the top of the fuel tank and lit by a red, illuminating light.
It has a front, forked suspension and dual rear shocks that contribute to a smooth and comfortable ride, even on long road trips.
The fuel tank will hold a little over 4.5 (US) gallons, and it can get between 50-60 miles per gallon, depending on your driving conditions.
The routine maintenance is simple because of the easy access to the plugs and oil filter.
The bike is a cruiser; however, it has plenty of power, from take off to highway cruising at seventy miles an hour (or more). A solid, well-engineered bike that is dependable, and fun to ride.
Honda made an excellent product and its price is competitive when compared to other bikes in the same class.
