What do you think of it? are their any other personality tests that are better?

Many people have problems with the MBTI personality types, and yes I know they are imperfect, but has anyone found any personality classification systems that work better?

Better for what? Diagnosing pathology? Non-culture-bound description of personality? Placing candidates for jobs? Discussing at dinner parties?

Your purpose determines how well a tool works to achieve it.
