LOL...I almost deleted the post, Nighteyes, after looking it over, because I thought it sounded kind of mean. I didn't mean to "screw with" the person, repeatedly...honest! It was simply a suggestion on how to find out if the person really does have obsessive issues.

You're absolutely right though...it does sound mean.

Count you blessings. Being "too neat" is MUCH better than the other extreme!

Nothing will get me scrubbing my place like after watching an episode of "Hoarders".

Same here, Chango, and I'm not exactly the neatest-of-the-neat...!

I have OCD, and I can tell you living in my grandmother's house is a pain. She does not organize whatsoever and everything is just thrown about and crazy. If I do not organize the house everyday I will go insane. Like now, the sink is full of dishes. I emptied out the dishwasher specifically so people could load it up. What do they do instead? Load the sink up with dishes knowing darn well that that attracts bugs with the assumption that I'll get to it (and I usually do because my conscious bothers me about it so much I have to fix it, but I've been lazy with my cleaning up the whole house each day regime).

Whenever I organize her stuff she throws a fit, it's very, very, annoying to be a neat freak and live around dirty people. I noticed that my environment affects the way I feel, the cleaner it is, the happier I feel.
