Tattoos--the bigger the tattoo, the lower the IQ

Only in some states. There are others that are 16+. There is one that is 14+. At least half of the states have no minimum age. I think the biggest problem is that there's no regulation to prevent idiots from getting tattooed out of someone's house, and people are more than happy to get a crappy tattoo for a dime bag and a six pack.

In the United States, there is no federal law regulating the practice of tattooing. However, all 50 states and the District of Columbia have statutory laws requiring a person receiving a tattoo be 18 years of age or older. This is partially based on the legal principle that a minor cannot enter into a legal contract or otherwise render informed consent for a procedure. Parents have to sign off on underage tattooing.

If someone goes to a scratcher, that is their call.... They don't realize you can have a good/nice tattoo or a cheap tattoo. You can't get both.
