It's possible that when you were with these women, you verbalized your point a lot better out loud than you are doing with the written word, in which case, why they missed your point is beyond understanding. However, if you speak like you write, I think I would be scratching my head. sorry, but I could not understand your point.

The above is the "good old fashioned communication" I am used to!
That is one person will say something, then the person listening will ASK FOR CLARIFICATION if they do not understand something. That asking for clarification is what is now lacking with many people.
It is good to say "I do not understand what you are saying"!
