Has anyone noticed that in these days of extra stress and strife, many people with little jobs have taken on greater responsibility? Sometimes they are assigned the additional jobs, but many times they just take it on themselves?
Is it to inflate their self-worth during this time of stress or do you think they are just "pitching in" to help?
Are you saying they've appointed themselves the ruler of all they survey?
I've known quite a few people who've seen the need is out there, and have stepped up to help out. But I'm thinking you're thinking it's a bad thing.
