I've had a lot of dealings with the woman who runs the parts counter at Ingman Marine and each time I found her to be pleasant, patient and highly knowledgeable about Yamaha outboards. I could save a few bucks by ordering parts online, but really, for a DIY guy who's still learning...she makes it worth the money.
