No, that's called "business as usual". Insurance fraud is when somebody tries to make it work the other way, like when you learn how to win at Blackjack, they throw you out of the casino, because it's not really "gambling" if you win.....right?

Really, its not when insurance companies pay off politicians to MAKE YOU BUY INSURANCE?
