That home is not listed in the MLS for sale. Did you see a for sale sign in the yard? Is it for sale by owner? Many times if the owners are seasonal they will put hurricane shutters on. The county records show the owners address is the same. If you want to search for homes for sale you can search on the MLS site at

Moderator cut: Edited As TamRE mentioned, the county appraiser site lists the owners address the same as the property address. As to why a couple of windows are boarded up or the property is unkempt, without actually asking the owners, would be pure speculation.
