We will be spending our first Holiday vacation at our recently purchased PC home...and we cannot wait! We are still 4 years away from full time retirement and full time living in Florida, and we cherish every day we get to spend in Florida instead of the cold, dreary North East...

My wife will have her parents joining us for Christmas and New Years, so we are planning to book a tour of the Holiday lights in the Punta Gorda canals...

6 weeks until we return...hopefully some fishing, boating and quality family time on the holiday menu for all!

So here's a question... Where does one purchase a real live Christmas tree here? In PA there are tree farms all over but have not seen one here.

I saw them at Home Depot last year. Just don't expect the same you had in PA, not even close

Fisher you will likely soon see some tree sales tents setting up on 41.
Fishing with you would be great, man. Inshore on mine, off shore on yours.
Now...about that big pool party suggestion....Mrs MA might throw a red challenge flag in that play call.

Monty...can't wait to see you both again.

It's a deal my friend. I met someone in the know for off-shore fishing and he recommended a wreck that isn't marked on the charts or GPS. Gave me the specific of the location. Let me know when you're up for trying it.

I'll probably be diving on it in a couple of weeks first and should get a good idea of what's down there.

Mike

We opted for our vacation to spend 3 weeks in OCT in PG, so will host Thanksgiving at our house here in Riyadh, KSA. I want to spend Christmas in a place that actually celebrates so we were looking in to going to Germany or Paris. I booked tickets Thursday night to spend 23-28 DEC in Paris - I am still looking forward to it, but there is a cloud hanging over my excitement after last nights events. Just reminds us that we must stay vigilant and alert at all times. I would love to be home with my kids right now to give them all a hug! Not sure when we will get to spend a holiday in PG, but love every minute we are there! NYE in Key West is on my list of things to do!
Happy Holidays everyone! Stay safe!
