I made my first stop at Mercer's Coffee House yesterday. I am sorry to say that I did not know it was there sooner. I met the owner, Wayne Mercer yesterday and he said it has been open for 8 years! What a wonderful little place! They have great seating areas tucked around the coffee shop, wifi, and amazing coffee......... they also serve beer and wine. It was so nice, clean and super friendly. I stopped on my way back over the bridge from Punta Gorda, and I will definitely be back!

Yes, they do have food items. They were advertising a salmon bagel with capers and cream cheese when I was there. Give them a try!
