Took your advice ! Contacted Mr. Smith, City of Punta Gorda, Bldg Insp., who CONFIRMED, that we have enough room that we can indeed put in a 4post lift and cement dock. Haven't contacted the contractors yet...will be calling this week to try and set up a time that I can meet with them at the property. Will be coming down 3/28 - 4/11. Then won't be back until June for about 3 weeks. I know they are very busy with contracts with the City rebuilding the failed seawalls in PGI and BSI, besides their private work.
Thank you for your help and advice......invaluable !!!
