I am considering buying and living in a 5th wheel. I would like to live in the Port Charlotte area. Can I park this trailer somewhere other than a trailer park in Charlotte county?

word usage - zoning - technicalities
You can 'park' a 5th wheel, RV, travel trailer, motor home anywhere they are allowed to be parked. You can even 'park' it in a friends driveway or on the side of the house, if the zoning and /or there is no violations of sub-division deed restrictions. BUT you can't live in it. To live in the 5th wheel it has to be parked in a facility zoned for RV's such as the facility on Fruitville Rd Sun-N-Fun. A facility with electric, water-sewer hook up, etc.
