my hamster, hamilton, died 3 days ago and im still very upset. he only lived to be about 16 months. im still very sad about it, i always gave him water, food, yogurt treats, and he had his wheel too. im not sure what happened, but he hadnt been as active lately, but he was still eating and drinking. about a week before he died i had noticed he did look very disoriented and i wasnt sure why. im still so upset by this. i love animals so much

Awww...I'm so very sorry for your loss of Hamiltion. It sure does hurt. But it sure sounds like you gave him the very best life he could have in his short time with you.

I'm really sorry to hear that, and my thoughts and prayers are with you. We may not always know what happened or why...but know that you gave your little friend a good and loving home. May you find comfort in knowing that Hamilton is now forever young and healthy.

You have my heartfelt sympathy in the loss of your buddy Hamilton. Furry friends come in all sizes, and he sounds very special. The Rainbow Bridge has a special place for the smallest of our companions, so he is happily running in his wheel waiting for you. (((((hugs)))))

I'm sorry you lost your little friend. You can be proud you gave him a good life.

Hamsters are awfully cute and fun. I hope you can get another pet when you feel a bit better about losing Hamilton.
