Our teen son (almost 17) has a few medical issues (which are being attended to) but also, my wife and I feel are holding him down the most, is anxiety; can't have noise, obsesses over anything outside his routine and other peoples' affairs, stresses over little things. It actually affects his diabetes and seizure disorder. Not a great time right now.
We are seeking recommendations from those who have had success with treatment of teen issues like this. Much prefer a doctor in the Cary/West Raleigh area (near REX). We are at a serious turning point as he is applying to colleges now and it's crunch time with the stress for him. Need to treat it.
