HVAC and Plumber (Raleigh, Durham, Cary: drywall, plumbing, metro)

Any recommendations for a reliable and reasonable (may be an o[SIZE=3]xymoron) HVAC and plumber in the Durham/Hillsborough area? Have a need for both. Thanks in advance.[/SIZE]

I can advice who NOT to use...PLUMBING SOLUTIONS of NC...my experience with themwas total RIP-OFF...$212 to fix leak in supply line to washer...

I did all the "ground work" by finding the leak, ripping out drywall to expose the pipe that had the problem ...all plumber did was change out a connector to the pex tubing..

• cut pex tubing
• fit new connector
• attach pex tubing

maybe 15 min work tops...

yeah I know I should have DIY'd it.. did not know it was that simple

Piedmont metro does both. I have used them for HVAC and they do good work, and have good rates. I don't use them for plumbing, only because I already had a great plumber that I had been using first and feel like I should remain loyal. If you are good with using separate companies then try Triton Plumbing.

Whatever you do, don't use Warren-Hay in Hillsborough --- I had the worst service with them I have ever had with any service company ever.
