Isn't MacGregor Draft House there already? Seems to be direct competition, based on what you've said is your target demographic in prior posts.

Jimmy V's is in there too, along with some asian place, maybe sushi bar?

Judging by all of the empty slots in there, maybe not such a good place...

hey BabyBoomers, over the last ten years, there's been many a place to come and go out of MacGregor. Most were really good too (italian place & fox and the hound).

perhaps a franchise type lunch place (jersey mikes/jason's deli) to attract the folks at adjacent small business park and the employees at the car dealerships?

That shopping center has been a relatively dead business spot since it was built with the exception of the aforementioned Tony's Oyster Bar and Jimmy V's. If I was spending the cash to open a new restaurant, it would not be there.
