SNAP is the organization that has done all of our pets (which is *ahem* a LOT) great organization, no income restrictions.

they are offering a special during march - $10 off female dog surgeries

They also provide urgent care.

Here's the most extensive link I know of for the area. Personally, I used Friends of Animals and couldn't have been more pleased. Dr. Wages at Carefirst Oberlin did the surgery and continues to be our vet....we love her!
