My daffodils started coming up in January. I'm not sure how well they're going to do after 3 snow episodes! But yes, all of my pretty spring bloomer shave buds ready to go! It won't be long now!
I certainly hope so. After this cold, snowy winter we need Spring to be here!!! The trees outside my windows are starting to get buds on them, that's the best sign.

FYI, we've only got around 7-8 inches of snow here in Raleigh this year. That is right around our 30 year average of 6.7 inches. So it really hasn't been a "snowy" winter. It has been much colder than normal however. We missed out on several more feet of snow which hit just a few hours to the North.

Yeah, my redbud and cherry tree are showing some buds. My rose bushes are showing growth too. If you haven't already, this week is a great time to prune those rose bushes before it starts getting even warmer.

I have seen lots of daffodils rearing their pretty little heads though, and it makes me SO HAPPY!
