It's rather frightening when the announcers (on WRAL) tell the people to go downstairs to shelter if they aren't essential.

They're saying headed toward Rolesville and Capital/540. Looks like it's almost past Holly Springs. Tornado is on NE side of Garner. We're in Rolesville and just about to lose power it looks like, but if anyone can post images from the radar in the next few mins that would be cool as our internet won't stream it.

Boocake, near Autumn Park subdivision, perhaps?

I'm 3 hours from home but I'm terrified that our house was hit. I haven't had time to make friends with neighbors so I have no one there I can call. Any extra details would be amazing.

Holly Springs got hit by a tornado. And it was to come through here. Our power is out but my laptop is working. We are all squished in the closet with the 4 dogs right now. My sister is on the cell phone telling me what the Weather channel says. It sounds like the ocean right now. I don't hear a freight train. Isn't this FUN?????????
