Assuming you mean mountain bike trails, theres some good ones about 15 min from Wake Forest down 98 off of Creedmore at Beaver Dam, and also the New light trails off of Six Forks Rd.

The local mountain bike club website is TriangleMTB.com, your source for mountain biking in Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill

They have lots of good info on their website.

YES. there is a GREAT trail at the wake forest resivior which is about 6-8 miles long. Their are numerious loops, so it can kind of get confusing, but nothing is marked or official. There is an input of at the boat input & on the other side of the lake right after the bridge. (great jumps, and the trail is better than falls lake)

Mountain biking: beaver dam or new light, seem to be the most popular
