Need Recommendation for Oral Surgeon who can also do Bridges/Dentures (Raleigh: insurance, live in)

Can anyone recommend an oral surgeon in Raleigh who can not only do teeth extraction but also bridges/dentures? A lot of the ones I call can do the extraction but don't do bridges or dentures. We can't afford the permanent implants because we don't have dental insurance.

you would have to find a general dentist to do the extractions and the bridges/denture...a surgeon only removes the teeth...you would have to go to a general dentist to restore after the teeth are removed if you want a surgeon to remove them.

Truth. If you want a specialist to do your bridges/dentures, look for a prosthodontist. Oral surgeons are good for extractions, though (as are periodontists).
A general dentist could do it all, but if you want specialists those are my recommendations. I don't live in the area (yet) so I can't give you names :-(

I would only go to a prosthodontist if I had a difficult case....if its a straight forward case then any general dentist could do it and you would save a ton of money (specialist fees are usually higher)

I recommend Dr. Mark Kozacko as an oral surgeon. He sends you
back to your dentist for dentures after healing.

For same day extraction and temporary dentures, then final
dentures later, go to Dr. Sandra Thore at Affordable

range from about $295 to $795. Take a book. No appointments
taken, but honest kind dentist who understands what
it's like to be without dental insurance.
