I almost bought a home that backed up to an incredibly beautiful old-growth forest with a greenway quite a distance away, but within view, and within walking distance.
At first I was impressed by the beauty of the trees and privacy, but upon second thought I realized that even though the greenway was down a somewhat steep sloping topography, a person had full access to the backyards on the entire block if they were walking along on the pathway.
Made me feel uncomfortable. Didn't put an offer on the place because of that.
It depends on "what kind of people?" Are there different kinds of people? How many kinds are there?
Good and bad.
