I wouldn't say that Park & Market at North Hills is geared towards the "gray set". There are lots of young professionals.

Park & Market is nice, but on the high end for apts...I'm also in the process of possibly relocating and we looked at Ashbury Village...it's on the outskirts of Raleigh but close to downtown and the major roads.

High end is a major distortion. Kane charges NYC rents at that community.

Nice but dramatically overpriced unless you're rich.
