Nanny Share (tax, live in, cost)

We recently transitioned our child who is 7 months old out of a local 5-star child care facility and hired a wonderful nanny to provide full-time care for our daughter--the quality of care is night and day (extended walks outside, music and art time, reading, etc.)! We live in Amberly Villiage (540 and 55) and are looking for a family with one child to do a nanny share--all of the hard work in screening, interviewing, running background checks and drug screens have been done, in addition to figuring out the nanny tax situation, so it's ideal for someone who feels this process is overwhelming (it is!) but who would still like to provide higher quality care for their young child than the learning centers offer. Between two families the cost is nearly the same as the learning center. Our nanny worked for many years at Primrose but enjoys the higher quality of care she can provide with a lower child-caretaker ratio.

Anyone know of a group like this for Sampson County? None of the groups within that Mommy Network include "Sampson"
