Doing some searching for rental properties online and have a question. Is it reasonable to expect to rent a moderate sized 3-4 bedroom house in Trinity Park, Watts Hillandale or Old West Durham for about $2000? Looking for about 2000 sq feet, ideally. I see properties listed for this amount, but just want to know what to expect when we get there.

Thanks!

Yes, that's actually a bit more than I would have thought for Watts or Old West, but for Trinity Park that sounds about right. Just make sure to view the property first. Some landlords have a reputation for not maintaining their property, as those are popular neighborhoods for Duke undergrads that just want a big party house and don't expect more than four walls and a roof.
