As long as they keep towing cars out of there in their ongoing dispute with McDonlds, if I was a perspective store tennant I wouldn't touch that property with a ten foot pole if customers are afraid to park there in fear of having their car towed away. I know that Kmart store was doomed long ago, but the parking dispute only helped drive business away.
