What type of cafe/coffehouse/dessert/restaurant/pizzeria you want to open in raliegh? I know there are a lot of coffeehouses around, some specialize in certain things, but what if one was good at everything?

I wish we had a place like Cafe Driade around here, especially if it were convenient to my house. I would spend way too much money there though so maybe it's best if my dream is never realized haha.

I'm pretty happy with my Coffee House Options in Raleigh:

Jubala ~ North Raleigh
New World Coffee ~ Northwest Raleigh
Cafe Helios ~ Downtown Raleigh
Morning Times ~ Downtown Raleigh
Third Place ~ 5 Points Area of Raleigh
Electric Beanz ~ South Raleigh

I've found plenty of good pizza too, though I am always up for trying a new pizza joint (especially a non-chain type place that sells pizza by the slice that you can order/pay for at the counter) for a quick lunch.

By more you mean a ramen shop? I have yet to find a place in the Triangle that serves actual ramen.

Good, reasonable Italian takeout. In NY (yes, I'm saying it - IN NY) every pizzeria does Italian dishes for takeout at a nominal cost. It's hard to find around here without going to a regular Italian restaurant.

I can think of a couple places that do it in the area. Salvio's is probably my favorite.

Yes. I've enjoyed Klausie's pizza quite a few times and do like it. Unfortunately his truck is not in Raleigh all that often (aside from Centenial Campus) (which is ironic since he fought so hard to get Raleigh to allow food trucks which they now do).

Eh my understanding is the rules they put in place for the food trucks are so prohibitive that for the average person it's just makes more business sense to operate somewhere else.
