Hi all. I'm in the process of buying a home in the Providence subdivision, by Comstock Homes on Rock Quarry Rd. I haven't heard anything about this subdivision. I'm wondering if anyone have any information about this area. The only thing that I've noticed is the traffic at the New Hope stop light. I'm from NJ, but my husband and our 3 kids have been living in Knightdale for the pass 3yrs. Any Information PLEASE.

Default Which model did you buy at Providence?

I was out there in early spring. Just wondering how the subdivision is coming along and your thoughts on the area. We thought about buying one but couldn't make up our mind .

We bought the Gracie and love it. We only have good things to say about the area. I enjoy living here. It is nice and quiet over here besides some of the construction that is going on.

Default Comstock quality is questionable

I live in a Comstock home but not the development you speak of. I would say the quality of the construction is poor. Windows leak and they can not fix them. The walls are not built that straight or square. Hardwood floors crack after 1 year. These are just some of the things I notice. It may be the on-site supervisor that makes the difference but I will never buy a Comstock home again.
