I'm looking for a Christian church with a diverse membership (all races), and a come-as-you-are attitude. Some one told me there might be one that I might like in Carrboro (or Hillsboro) but she couldn't recall the name.

Any assistance?

Did you try that New Horizon in Hillsborough? If so, did it meet your needs? I'm looking for a diversified church too.

Many of the mainline churches in Chapel Hill and Carrboro have contemporary services in addition to their traditional services. I think you'll find many options for "come as you are" worship.

Connections Church fits the bill -- come as you are, diverse, etc. It is right off the I-40 but it is in the Cary area. Not sure where you are located.
