Looking for a rental (Greensboro, Burlington: credit, house, safe neighborhood)

My X-wife from NJ is looking for a rental, preferably a 3BR house or apt in the Greensboro, Burlington, Asheboro area for my pregnant daughter, her boyfriend and her. Hopefully around $500 a month. She has some credit problems, but guaranteed income. Every rental agency slams the door when they hear about credit problems. She's on SS disability. Anyone knowing of anything in a safe neighborhood, please get back to me ASAP.
