Any costume rental places in Raleigh? (appointed, theatres, university)

I am looking for a costume rental place in Raleigh and Google hasn't been much help. I did find one listing for a place called Hughie & Louie's on glenwood but I don't see a website and the online reviews are mixed. I will check them out, but was wondering if there were any other costume rental places in Raleigh? I know there are some in other parts of the Triangle but I really need to find one in Raleigh.

Hughie and Louie's website sucks but you won't be disappointed if you go to the shop. Then you can stop by Fresh ice cream (in the same parking lot) after you find your costume!

There used to be a great place right across from Meredith College, but they closed a couple of years ago (big help, I know ).

It may be a long shot, but call one of the local theatres like Raleigh Little Theatre and ask for the costume designer (at RLT, her name is Vicki). They would know of places that rent and, just MIGHT rent you something out of their own stock if the cause was right. Ditto for theatre departments at the local colleges such as University Theatre at NC State, or Meredith or Peace. At the very least they might know where to point you.
