We would love to take in a puppy from a batch that might have been accidentally produced, or on the way to the pound. We would ask that that the puppy be small. Please inform me if this exists.

Yes, if you think of a breed you're interested in and do a search on [your area] + [breed] + rescue, you should find something.

But the animal shelters are, sadly, always awash in unwanted puppies (and kittens), especially in the spring
