I will be relocating to the Raleigh area in January and I'm interested in finding a house to rent. I prefer to rent through a property management company to avoid having to deal directly with the owner in the event of any plumbing or other problems. Is there a way to view all available property management rentals without having to go to each management company's site individually? Hotpads doesn't really work for this. Thanks for your help.

There is no "One Good Source" for rental offerings.

Some property management firms are owned by Realtors who are members of MLS, and they post listings to MLS, where any Realtor can find them and show them.
Some firms are not Realtor-owned, and they advertise here and there locally.

It is a pain in the butt, but that is how it is.

Thanks, everyone, for your help. Mike Jaquish, thanks especially for your professional help; that's exactly the information I was looking for, and exactly what I didn't want to hear.
