Olive Chapel Park subdivision in Apex (houses, purchase, bankrupt)

Anyone with any first hand experience with this subdivision? Are there a lot of children? Is it a close knit community with activities for families? How are houses selling there? Anything I should consider if I was going to purchase a home there? How is the builder & home quality?

Any & all feedback would be greatly appreciated (postive & negative).

Is this the one on Olive Chapel Road just west of the Peakway?

Yes, I believe so. It was originally L'Hermitage (or something like that) but they went bankrupt & Live Oak Homes took it over.

I'll have to ask my sister as she lives around there and goes by every day. It seems to be coming along very slowly.
