Hi everyone!
I've been posting a few times in recent weeks about possibly relocating to the Raleigh area, and I finally got a job offer that I have accepted! I start Feb. 11, but the townhome I have rented and been approved for is not available until March. 7. I am looking for a short-term housing option (preferably a month or five weeks) since I will need to be in the area for work long before the townhome is ready. I'm not opposed to a hotel, but I'd rather have more space in the form of a furnished apartment or condo. It would ideally be pet-friendly as I want to bring my dog down with me when I first relocate, but if I can't find a pet-friendly option, I will leave my dog with my mom until I move into the townhome. Does anyone have any suggestions for short-term furnished rentals in a nice, safe area that isn't too far from Poplarwood Court? I'm willing to commute a bit, but I don't want to have to drive more than 20-30 minutes each way if I don't have to. Any suggestions would be appreciated - thank you!
